■Privacy Policy for Auto Renewal
  • 1. The personal information (excluding e-mail address) provided in this Agreement will be used by Costco Wholesale Japan, Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Costco Japan) to debit the annual membership fee from the registered credit card. Costco Japan will not use the email address for any other purpose. Email address will be handled in accordance with the Policy on the Protection of Personal Information at Costco Japan.
  • 2. In the event that we outsource part or all of the business to a third party, we will outsource the personal information in the range required for execution of business to the third party.
  • 3. The personal information will be provided to our affiliated credit card company (Orient Corporation) for the purpose of processing this business.
  • 4. Providing personal information through this form is arbitrary. If you do not provide the required information, we may not be able to respond to services accompanying this business.
  • 5. Disclosure, correction, deletion, or cessation of use of personal information will be accepted only in person at the membership counter of each of our warehouses in Japan.
